The whole reason we bought a Scherzerianum 3 years ago is because we saw the cross with Anthurium Wendlingeri online and wanted to reproduce this. After 6 months of searching we found a Scherzerianum, Some months later it grew it's first flowers in our care and we could try to pollinate it. This proved to be not the easiest but after a few attempts it worked. Almost a year later the seeds were ready and now we can happily offer these small seedlings.

The mature version of this hybrid should get elongated dimpled leaves like a slightly wider Wendlingeri leaf and red flowers with a spiralling spadix.
