Seed Parent: Anthurium Pterodactyl variegata
Pollen Parent: self-pollinated
Our amazing Pterodactyl variegata plant has finally given us its first seedlings. Like Clarinervium and other species from this subsection of Anthuriums the berries take forever (10-18 months) to ripen, so it's been a long wait. The plants offered here are self-pollinated Pterodactyl plants.
The seedlings have at least 5cm of roots and one fully grown leaf. Because the seeds of Pterodactyl are very big compared to other species the first leaves from these seeds are also much much bigger than of other species.
The seedlings for sale don't show any variegation in the first leaf, so just assume they will stay that way. If they do turn out variegated that's a bonus.
