Shipping and Returns
Orders Within The Netherlands will be shipped on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday
Orders to the rest of Europe will be shipped on Monday or Tuesday.
We will always try to make sure that shipments to countries that are further away and are ordered to be shipped with standard shipping will go out on Monday.
Please give the plant some time to recover from shipping before you repot into a new substrate. Always feel free to contact us for advice about your new plant. Please note that even we pack all out plants very carefully with polyfill and bubble wrap, cosmetic damage can occur during shipping (folds, small tears, scraping). If the plant is healthy otherwise this is not grounds for a refund. If complete leaves are lost / broken off or stems are snapped this is a different case, in that case please contact us for a solution.
If there is a problem with your order when it arrives please let us know the day you receive the item or the day after. State the problem and send photos of the issue. We pack very carefully so all plants should arrive to you healthy, if not we'll do everything in our power to make it right.
Please note that live products such as plants, seeds, bulbs, corms, and cuttings cannot be returned if there isn't any problem with your order upon arrival.
