Another very cool possible intersectional cross. At first, Papi Fort Sherman pollen was applied, but after a week the flower was still receptive so we applied Silver Shield pollen.
We have never had our Pedatum self pollinate, and other crazy crosses we tried that didnt work resulted in the flower dying off, so the chance of self-pollination doesn't seem very high, but they are not very velvety yet, so self-pollination is a possibility. The shape doesn't seem to resemble pure pedatum a lot, but it's a bit early to tell. Take that into consideration when ordering.
